Management of agency mandates

Upon a mandate by the debtor, Finint Revalue organises, coordinates and monitors all the activities concerning the sale of the property that guarantees the credit in order to relocate the asset at the best market price and pay back as much of the exposure as possible by closing the position, perhaps with extra revenue.

Finint Revalue Agenzia Immobiliare works with various Real Estate Agencies in the main cities who are given the assignment of selling the property.

The activities of partner real estate agencies are constantly monitored through periodic audits (every 30 days) with a request to report all the actions taken.
