FCS, Finint Credit Servicing is a web-based platform for networks and customers. It was designed and built entirely in-house in 2015 to guarantee flexibility and the ability to modify the recovery strategies, so that they can be adapted to the type of credit to be managed. The portal is based on a workflow that can be customised by the user and that allows the data and images contained in it to be exported to the web. It comes with a business platform capable of highlighting in real time the performance and the situation of the files managed, allowing to change the strategies based on ongoing results and not only when the assignment has been completed.
