Direct purchase without recourse

Finint Revalue, according to the Decree of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of 2 April 2015, no. 53, can purchase credits:

• transferred by banks or other Financial Intermediaries provided that the same are classified as doubtful;
• transferred to other entities, provided that these are due from debtors who are in a state of insolvency, even if not established judicially, or in substantially similar situations.
