One of the out-of-court services offered by Finint Revalue is phone collection, which makes it possible to quickly collect the amount due in accordance with shared methodologies aiming to settle the debt without making recourse to legal action.
During phone collection activities (30 senior employees), each individual call is tracked and all reasons preventing payment are encoded. The company provides full management until the collection is made.
The agreed collection objectives are continuously monitored and made available to customers via modern web-based and paperless systems.
